We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days after your order is manufactured. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. We offer standard and expedited shipping options to meet your needs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
